1. Methods for Entry

a. Purchase of Goods: For every dollar you spend at PariahMetalworks.com during the contest period one accompanying entry will be provided. All purchases round down to the nearest dollar. For example, a purchase total of $99.99 will round down to 99 entries. No purchase necessary to enter or win. See “By Mail” entry method below.

b. By Mail: To enter without making a purchase, send a hand-written 5" x 7" postcard to:

Include your full name, email address, phone number, and the name of the giveaway.
Each mailed entry must be in a separate envelope or postcard and postmarked individually. All entries must be received by the end of the giveaway period to be eligible.

2. Selection of winner

a. Selection of a winner: A winner will be selected at random within 30 days of the conclusion of the entry period.

c. Forfeiture of Winnings: We will attempt to contact you via all means on file. If we fail to reach you within 14 days of the selection of the winner you will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected.

3. Collection of Winnings

a. Responsibility of Winner: The winner bears full responsibility for collecting their winnings from the storage location in Caddo Mills, TX.

b. Forfeiture of Winnings: If the winner fails to collect their winnings within 30 days of notification of winnings they forfeit their winnings and a new winner will be selected.

4. Giveaway Duration

The duration of the giveaway shall be until 30 days have passed since the first entry is received, or until 15,000 accompanying entries have been received, whichever comes last. An accompanying entry is defined as an entry that is provided with the purchase of a merch item and mail-in entries are not counted in this number.

5. This contest is void in any jurisdictions where the contest or any of its rules are prohibited by law.
